By “Plan B” I mean, how are you planning to get out of debt, gain more time freedom, enjoy travel more, enjoy time off with your friends and family, or even more… get out of that job you absolutely hate before they give you a pink slip? As you read my story below, I’ll introduce to you my “Plan B” and how it can be yours as well. Let me tell you now the story of my journey into this company. Hopefully you’ll find yourself joining too, so you too can also live the dream I am, and make this business a reality for yourself!

I was born in St. Paul, Minnesota and I grew up in Inver Grove Heights, lived there my whole life. In high school, when I wasn’t playing hockey or baseball, I worked as much as I could. Some say I probably worked too much, but I was always the kid in high school that had some money, when most my friends did not. I graduated high school and kind of got out of town for about seven years. I went to Inver Hills Community college, but almost right away I knew it wasn’t for me. I knew I could get out life more by just starting off and working hard. So after about a quarter of school, I decided not to go back. I worked in the restaurant industry, since I was 14 years old and I liked it, I worked for a restaurant called the Bierstube and they were looking for kitchen manager in another location so I took that job and learned that end of it. from there I moved up to assistant manager and then essentially became the GM for the next 2 years. As I learned every aspect of the business, I knew all along my goal would be to open up my own place. I saved up the money by working 60 – 80 hours a week and bought Jersey’s Bar when I was 25 with my wife. Jersey’s Bar is a great place to grab a drink with friends, have lunches, dinners, good happy hours, night life and we have live music and fun parties and dancing events. There are 17 TVs here, so we do all the sporting events and have a nice patio to enjoy when the weather is nice – we kind of do it all. We’ve been the owners here now fsince August of 2001. My wife and I got married when we were 24 and we started having kids in 2002, I had a daughter, and we had a son 2 years after that. My son plays hockey now, he’s in hockey lessons. He does gymnastics. He enjoys that a lot. They run around the house like all kids do. They play the Wii and they go online and do their webkins deals. What I love most about my kids is that they are just so free-spirited; it’s nice to see. My daughter she does gymnastics and dance. She likes to go ice skating here and there. It’s been a lot of fun and I am looking forward to spending more time with them as my travel business begins to grow and allow me the free time I so truly desire.
My Big Problem
Owning a business with lots of overhead, employees and other elements of the bar industry make this business really time consuming and I have to put my full attention to it. It takes a lot of work. I used to work open to close the first year for sure. The next few years it was a lot of splits; I’d work in the morning, maybe go home and come back. It went from 80 hours a week; I’m down to about 60 hours a week now, which is still a lot, but as everybody knows if you own your business you’ve got to be there. If your not things can take a turn very fast and that’s kind of why I started doing what I’m doing. Having a business like this can put a strain on your family. We’d be out having fun and you’d get a call and got to go into work; it’s things like that that really make it tough sometimes.
How I Found a Solution to My Problem
On a Sunday I was actually called down to work because my cook didn’t show up. I was here on a Sunday night cooking, and my friend Brian Morgan who did all the new stonework on the building a couple of years before that, came down to see me and he was showing me the products that we have. I basically said when I heard it was only a small investment to sign me up, I’ll use the travel products and discounts. The products sold themselves to me and I never thought I would work the business side of things. (Check out the products on the product page) I travel a lot and the vacations that they put together are things that sometimes you might not think about trying. The vacations are really amazing! We just went on a trip to Puerto Vallarta with our family in February 09 using the company products. It was very inexpensive for my wife and I, which included airfares, transfers a 4½ star resort that was all inclusive and much more. Here is how our trip went and what you can expect from our vacations. We got to the Minneapolis Airport and they had a special line for us to check in, they handed us a beach bag with t-shirts and travel goodies in the bag. When we got to Mexico they got us right through customs and had busses waiting for us with beer, pop and water on the bus. We arrived at the RIU All Inclusive Resort and we all went into the lounge where they proceeded to give us all envelopes with our room keys in them so we didn’t have to wait in line checking in. They had excursions planned if you like to do that, a welcome happy hour for our group, dinner reservations and much more. We had a live concierge on site so if we had any problems we could talk to them. When we were ready to go we had busses there to pick us up to make our way to the airport. Trust me, I want the best deal and kept an eye on the prices and what other people paid on the trip. we paid a great deal less than we normally would have! A lot of times, kids are free on our vacations. But on this trips the kids were discounted. Here is a group pic of us on the vacation. 
What Happened when I started Promoting the Products
Remember, I said when I first got started, I just wanted to use the products. My friend, Brian Morgan, continued to hound me for about a month and say “Hey you need to check this opportunity out and I’m not going to leave alone until you look at it. So just take a look and if you don’t want to do it from there, tell me you’re not going to do it, but you need to take a look.” I was working 60 hours a week, I didn’t want to work another job. I wanted to spend more time with my family, not less. I went to the live presentation to check out the opportunity. It was at Dr. Pietsch’s chiropractic office in Woodbury, MN. Before I got there, I told Brian Morgan…“Look, I’m not going to do this. I’m just going to go there and check it out.” So I was going there close minded. I walked into this chiropractor’s office, maybe a 1000 square ft room, he’s got 50 chairs lined up and people are crowding to get in there to see what’s going on, with standing room only! I sat down and thought in my head, “I’m not doing this.” But as the presentation ran, they went over the products and then they started the opportunity. As they were talking about the opportunity I was sitting there thinking. As I was sitting there, they started talking about the pay plan and how you get paid and the residual income. And I was thinking in my head, if I keep doing what I’m doing, I’m going to be doing the same thing in 10 to 20, maybe even 30 years and I really don’t want that. I want to enjoy life a little bit. So I kind of went out of there and decided I was going to actually go for it and start working the business side of it and I knew enough people that like to travel. I went home and shared the experience with my wife, I showed her and online presentation. She was just as excited, we stayed up and started doing the company’s online training.
Why Network Marketing Makes Sense in the Travel Niche
I’ve been approached by network marketing companies in the past, but nothing made sense. Nutrition? I don’t want to sell people nutrition, there are 5000 companies claiming they have the best product and only 8% of the population uses the products. There’s a lot of other network marketing companies out there, nothing I’ve seen ever made sense for me to sell. But the product that we have is letting people do something they already do at the lower price. The travel is an 7 trillion dollar … actually, it did 8 trillion last year and it’s expected to double over the next 10 years because of the baby boomers. Baby boomers when they’re asked what they’re going to do, they say they want to travel the world. We have the perfect product right now with all the baby boomers retiring. The other fact is there’s only a hand full of companies doing network marketing in travel. So we’ve got a big advantage there. There’s more than three thousand network marketing companies doing nutrition, and it’s a hundred billion dollar a year industry. We have only a hand full of companies doing travel. That’s a 8 trillion dollar a year industry. And if all of us wanted to take out a little chunk of that travel in industry, we all could and it wouldn’t hurt anyone much.
Does Network Marketing Work? Who’s Doing It?
Back in the day, I think everybody knows network marketing didn’t have the best reputation because there were a lot of a bogus product out there. Things have really changed because of the internet and more and more people are being open minded to this industry because of their great financial and time needs. The internet now lets network marketing give people products that they want at prices they didn’t know existed It rewards the people that work hard. It doesn’t reward the people that don’t. What does working hard look like? It’s working this business part time, 3 to 10 hours a week, but you have to do it. A lot of people aren’t willing to do that, so they get into network marketing. They try it out for a month and to them it didn’t work, but they just didn’t give it a shot. 90% of all failures are from quiting! In 2003 Warren Buffet bought Pampered Chef. That was his biggest purchase ever, and he says now that was his best dollar for dollar return on investment purchase, they’re a powerhouse network marketing company now. Since then, Warren Buffet bought two more network marketing companies. Donald Trump is a big advocate of network marketing. He’s a backer of a phone company called ACN. Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump wrote a book, Why We Want You To Be Rich. In that book, there is an entire chapter on why they recommend network marketing. One of the factors is that a home based business gives you some tax advantages that you wouldn’t get otherwise. But they’ve got a lot of different reasons like the personal development that you get out of the network marketing. What is so great about this business is the more I work on myself and develop, the bigger my organization grows. It’s like a personal development program with a compensation plan attached to it. Dr. Charles King a Harvard Graduate, when he was introduced to network marketing actually was asked from one of his students about how it works and he told them don’t do it; its not a good industry to be in. And the student basically said how do you know that; have you researched it at all? He said, “you know what? you’re right, I haven’t research it and I probably should.” That student and Dr King went out and researched network marketing and he realized how good the products are and if it’s the right company, it can really work. He now teaches at the University of Illinois in Chicago and he teaches courses on network marketing. He goes out and studies the industry and gives reports on all of the different companies out there of which he gave us A+’s all across the board, and that validates network marketing that they’re starting to teach it in college too. AT&T, Sprint and all the phone companies use network marketing now. All the cell phone companies too. There are a lot of network marketing companies out there that have one million or three million people involved in the company. If companies can market their product to that many people and give them a little bit of the discount, they can add a lot of subscribers. All the big top companies are starting to go that route. There are a lot of powerful people involved with network marketing now and it is growing fast.

How Will I Help Train You?
The next step people take once they decide to join is getting trained. We do trainings after every presentation and basically our initial training is teaching them how to invite people to see it live online or at a presentation near you. You have to be professional inviters. If your inviting your warm market or inviting cold market from online marketing you need to learn how to invite. Most Network Marketing Companies have a great deal of online training that is free, our teams do trainings all throughout the country and they are very reasonably priced while some are Free. The company also puts on Awesome Trainings and the people that attend these trainings earn 5 times the money than people who don’t. I recommend getting to a company training within 30 days of signing up.
What do we do to teach you?
This system is for Warm Market prospecting, I also have systems put together for online marketing, warm market is the cheapest and fastest way to grow your team. We teach people the #1 thing you’ve got to figure out is why you want to do it? What do you really want to do with your life? What is it that you are trying to do? And then I teach them word for word what to say to get people to come to our live or video broadcast meetings. We develop scripts and when they are used, they work. You must have a sense of urgency in your invitation and no matter what, don’t try to answer a bunch of questions. Just get people here! I can’t think of any other job where you can make great money, just being an inviter! That’s what’s so crazy about how simple this really is! We teach and train people how to be a profecional inviter people every single night for about 90 minutes (you can watch how in our training tab). So we or the video’s present for 45 minutes about our products and the business opportunity and then we train for 30 minutes so people walk out knowing exactly what they are supposed to do… there is no confusion and the next night, they can be making money, just by inviting people to presentation or inviting them to an online presentation. Next person in line please! This is not like the old days when we didn’t have internet, people want to build businesses online now days. Its easy to do and highly duplicatable. A lot of people remember being tricked or lied to to go to an event, with the internet we dont have to trick or lie to get people to see this! they can decide from the privacy of there own home if they want to improve there lives and join our business or not. And, check this out… there is no leads to buy… no advertising to do… there is ZERO costs to marketing and advertising. There is a cost for company trainings though and they are a must go if you really want to make serious money!

We don’t email out links to our warm market, we make sure they are watching and we make sure to call them back Immediately after the presentation, weather it’s live or pre recorded. We don’t send out emails. We don’t use flyers. We always do it on the phone or with the use of webinars if your building online because we’re in control. We just simply try to clear the date to get people to watch it that particular night.
